Session Abstract

I run 2-3 workshops a week for enterprise clients, full day, in-person, intense workshops. They cover a large swathe of the Microsoft tech offerings and aim to identify and advise on everything from business strategy through ideation to architecture design. In this session I will share how I use AI tools to save time and increase the quality of the outputs and how I WOW clients with outputs that would have taken weeks in the past. Areas that I will cover include: - Planning and preparation - Delivery and facilitation - Building quality outputs You will leave this session with ideas, tips and tricks to help you deliver better workshops and higher quality outputs.

Al is an enterprise architect at the Microsoft Innovation Hub in London where he helps Microsoft's largest and most complex clients to understand how they can deploy and adopt technology solutions.
