Session Abstract

In order to innovate, you need ideas, and not just any ideas, but the right ideas! In this session I will share the process that the Microsoft Innovation Hub uses to collaboratively capture and prioritise ideas. We will consider the tools and the recipes that make a good design thinking workshop, the factors that ensure a successful outcome and look at the next steps that a successful design thinking workshop can enable. You will leave this session with your own ideas as to how to capture and prioritise ideas, and how to quickly elaborate the top ideas so they can be assessed for business impact.

Al Eardley

Al is an enterprise architect at the Microsoft Innovation Hub in London where he helps Microsoft's largest and most complex clients to understand how they can deploy and adopt technology solutions. Al focuses on applying and adopting technologies to deliver business solutions including AI-driven transformation, collaborating to get sh*t done, communicating effectively, automating the mundane.
