One of the biggest challenges of the last couple of years has been to explain to non-technology audiences the concepts and potential benefits of Copilot and agents. In this session I will share how we have been doing this in the Microsoft innovation Hub. The content I will present has been used to explain these concepts to a wide variety of audiences from CEOs and senior business decision makers to development teams and platform owners. It is not a collection of product logos, but a description of the core capabilities and considerations when approaching the re-imagination of processes. The same set of content has triggered a variety of different conversations based on the audience, but consistently delivered an elevated level of understanding of the key concepts of Copilot and agents.
