Andreas von Criegern is Head of Experience Management at LGT and uses strategic thinking and proven methods to design integrated customer experiences and value-adding business models. He has many years of experience in the development of digital strategies and customer experiences at various Swiss financial service providers. As a guest lecturer at the ZHAW, author of the ‘Jobs-to-be-done handbook’ and mentor for service design, customer experience and design thinking, he passes on his knowledge in a practical way.
