Letting the Chaos Cook: Tales of the Spicy Brain Tech Renaissance

Session Abstract

What happens when neurodivergent minds meet agentic AI, automation, and a refusal to suffer through soul-crushing admin? You get Copilots born from vibes, bots that battle executive dysfunction, and automations strung together with hyperfocus and hope. This panel brings together neurodivergent creators, thinkers, and technologists in the midst of a spicy brain tech renaissance—where automation isn’t just about productivity, but survival, accessibility, and joy. Through candid storytelling and lived experience, panelists will share how they’ve harnessed AI, Copilots, custom agents, and automations to offload boring stuff, reduce cognitive friction, and finally do the things that light their brains up. Whether you’re ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, chronically overwhelmed, or know someone that is, this session invites you to embrace chaos as the feature it is—not a bug—and walk away with ideas (and maybe a bot or two) that could change the way you approach the mundane.

Note to event organizers

Panel session with several community members to discuss how AI, Copilots, custom agents, and automation are being used by neurodivergent minds to reclaim energy, reduce cognitive overload, and offload soul-crushing admin. This is a travelling panel session, guaranteed to be different from every other time this has been given as a session for other events, due to the nature of the panelists being different every time.
