Seit seiner Einführung verändert Copilot die Art, wie wir mit Microsoft 365 arbeiten. Bislang lief die Interaktion meist nach dem gleichen Muster ab: Frage stellen, Antwort bekommen, weitermachen. Copilot Notebooks brechen mit diesem Muster. Stell dir einen Arbeitsbereich vor, in dem du nicht einfach nur mit deinem KI-Assistenten chattest – sondern gemeinsam denkst, iterierst und aufbaust. Genau das sind Copilot Notebooks: ein Workspace für mehrstufiges Reasoning, strukturierte Kreativität und wiederverwendbare Erkenntnisse quer durch deine M365-Daten. Mit den Meeting Notes powered by Loop in Teams Meetings sind Microsoft Loop Komponenten schon vor längerer Zeit für alle M365 Anwender prominent sichtbar geworden. Meetings in Teams können mit den Besprechungsnotizen vor, während und nach dem Meeting agiler und transparenter gestaltet werden. Direkter Zugriff auf die Agenda, Notizen und Aufgaben zu einem Meeting mit Bearbeitungsmöglichkeit für alle Beteiligten, automatische Synchronisation zugewiesener Aufgaben mit ToDo und Planner sind dabei nur einige der Vorteile, die die Besprechungsnotizen mit sich bringen. Der direkte Zugriff aus Teams, Outlook oder die Integration in z.B. Whiteboard und OneNote sind weitere Vorteile an die sich viele schon gewöhnt haben. Die Kirsche auf der Sahnetorte sind jetzt die von Copilot (aka Meeting Facilitator) auf Wunsch automatisch erstellten Besprechungsnotizen. Die Kombination aus beidem ist ein echter Gamechanger für Meetings. In dieser Session werfen wir einen Blick auf die Funktionsweise der manuell erstellten Besprechungsnotizen und kombinieren sie mit den automatischen Besprechungsnotizen des Copiloten. Wir betrachten worauf bei der Nutzung zu achten ist und schließen mit Tipps und Tricks zur Organisation der Besprechungsnotizen aus verschiedenen Meetings an einer zentralen Stelle ab (aka Automatisches Anlegen eines Loop Workspaces nach einem Meeting). Wir nutzen die Möglichkeit Elemente der Besprechungsnotizen mit Power Automate zu kombinieren, sehen, das auch innerhalb von Meeting-Aufzeichnungen direkt auf die Meetingnotizen zugegriffen werden kann und erweitern die Standard-Meeting Notes um weitere nützliche "Atomic Units of Productivity". Sowohl in Loop als auch im Teams-Meeting selber lassen wir uns dabei von verschiedenen Microsoft Copiloten tatkräftig unterstützen. Microsoft Loop has been developing at a breathtaking pace since its inception in 2021. From its beginnings in team chats, with Outlook, Word, OneNote, Whiteboard, Teams channels, Planner and Co., a large number of other M365 apps have become possible starting points for using various Loop Components (which are also developing at a high pace). Parallel to this, since the going live of the Loop app in late summer 2023, the next level of Loop has been available. On the one hand, 3rd party apps such as Trello, Jira or Figma can be integrated into Loop via the Loop app, and on the other hand, since the beginning of 2024, the first deployment options for Power Automate have been available in various Loop Components. At the latest with this, we have reached #NextLevelCollaboration. It gets really interesting when we pick up on the basic idea of the 'Atomic Units of Productivity' from Loop and follow the idea of working together across app and M365 boundaries. We use the possibility to create our own Loop Components for integration into Teams, Outlook and Co. with Adaptive Cards. Typical processes such as approval of travel expenses, adjustment of credit limits, comments and much more from other apps and tools can be dynamically mapped and, above all, integrated across app boundaries based on Adaptive Cards. We are supported by various Microsoft Copilots in both Loop and Power Automate and Co. Let's go on a journey through the Loopiverse and Adaptive Cards with the active support of Microsoft's Copilots.
