I am security analyst specialised in detection engineering. This allows me to gain an expanded view of all security teams and understand how the security chain works. Starting as intern in Deloitte, I was able to understand how social engineering techniques work and how it can impact these threats to a multinational corporation. Once I completed my internship I was given the opportunity to continue as a security analyst for the same company and customer. In Getronics I´ve been able to increase my investigation skills and I was able to learn about different topics such as vulnerability scanning, ISO27k controls, small CTI tasks, customer facing, how the mitre framework works and assume responsibilities between others. These skills allowed me to apply for the detection engineer position. Thanks to this position, I increased my scope in Cybersecurity and I can analyze how the current threats work in order to design alarms that warn us when there are potential threats being exploited. Now, in iSolutions, I am focused into building a cloud security operations from scratch and new services. By designing processes, ways of work and research ways of automate security investigations one of my goals is to improve SecOps performance without compromising the quality of the investigations.
