After introducing Microsoft 365, Heise Medien (publishing company) faced the challenge of managing its diverse application landscape outside of M365, along with the associated accounts. In this session, we explain how these applications were identified, how decisions regarding tenant integration were made, and how the implementation was carried out. It’s not just about managing data transfer — it’s also about inspiring and actively involving users. Using practical examples like Trello, Calendly, or Dropbox, we demonstrate how this was successfully implemented at Heise Verlag.
