Session Abstract

With the deprecation of Viva Topics, an important component of knowledge management within M365 is lost. A possible replacement could be corresponding expert bots. In this demo-oriented session, we will look at how to create these using SharePoint and then deploy them via Teams or SharePoint.

Daniel Wessels

Daniel Wessels works as Cloud Solution Architect at HEC GmbH (member of team neusta), a German-based company specializing in planning and creating software solutions. His major role within HEC is to help customers with their SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365 architecture and transformation. He started to work with SharePoint Technologies beginning with version 2001 Beta 2. Since then Microsoft awarded him the MVP designation for his contributions to newsgroups, forums and within the Microsoft Student Program. Daniel is co-founder and -organizer of the Azure and SharePoint User Group in Bremen and organizer of the SharePoint Saturday/CollabDays Bremen.
