Session Abstract

Microsoft 365 Copilot is changing how people work, and the strongest lessons come from real adoption, not demos. Since launch, I’ve helped customers roll out Copilot in everyday scenarios, learning what early users found challenging, what worked well, and what helped organizations build steady momentum. This introductory session gives a grounded view of how Copilot fits into daily workflows and how teams can start small, learn quickly, and build confidence as they go.
