Session Abstract

Project Grail is our internal initiative to explore AI-first software engineering. By challenging a team to deliver an enterprise release without writing production code, we learned how much productivity AI can unlock, where trust and quality boundaries lie, and how developers feel when their role shifts from coding to orchestrating AI. In this session, we share the results, lessons learned, and what software development looks like after code.
