Session Abstract

It seems like everyone has an agent these days in Microsoft 365. It's hard to know what is what and when to use which tool. This session will try to unravel that by digging into the various agents available and the scenarios in which they are most effective. We will cover Copilot Studio agents, SharePoint agents, declarative agents, and custom engine agents. Attendees will leave with an understanding of specific use cases for each type of agent, learn practical steps for implementing them successfully, and leave with resources for further learning.  He has over 20 years of industry experience building customized intranets, extranets, and public facing websites based on the Microsoft stack.
