Microsoft 365 and AI Architect. I help enterprises take Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents from experimentation into production, and make them safe to use. Most Copilot programmes stall in the same place, the data layer: oversharing, inherited permissions, no labelling, no DLP on custom agents. Deep SharePoint architecture and permissions work is where I come from, so I fix that where it actually lives, not in a policy document. Recent work: the governance, security and permissions model for a Copilot rollout to 1,000+ users; Copilot Studio agents in production, grounded through Microsoft Graph; a 36-use-case generative AI programme for an Italian regional government. Earlier: a 140,000-user SharePoint platform for an Italian Ministry office, and a multi-tenant Microsoft 365 governance SaaS product I architected and built end to end. Microsoft Certified Trainer and IASA CITA-F certified. Still hands-on: TypeScript, React, SPFx, Python, C#.
