AI can transform work and even save lives, but only if we deploy it responsibly. In this session, we’ll share real-world insights from rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat at scale, and how we embedded Responsible AI principles to protect privacy, fairness, and mental health. We’ll explore why ethical design matters, how OpenAI and Microsoft implement safeguards (including suicide-prevention triggers), and what organizations must do to align with frameworks like the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001. Expect practical guidance on risk assessments, governance models, and human-centric design patterns that balance innovation with empathy. We’ll also discuss emerging use cases in healthcare and mental health support and the ethical dilemmas they raise. Walk away with actionable steps to make AI a force for good in your enterprise.
