The adoption is not an option, adoption is a must - everyone knows about it. But what if the adoption project did not go well and we simply have failed. The users complain about the tools and their attitude towards the Microsoft 365 is weak. Instead of helping, technology causes discouragement and a feeling of being lost. It is very possible that your project lacked key elements to make it successful. The reasons of the failure might be different. There was not enough time, too less efforts, incorrect strategy, rush or lack of leadership involvement, etc. So, is there any chance that this situation can be improved? Can the recovery plan help and how to make it? During my session, I will share insights on re-adoption projects while giving you tips and inspiration on how to get your adoption project back on track.
