In this session, I’ll take you beyond the polished scenarios and share what Copilot adoption looks like in real life. All based on hands-on experience from multiple projects across different organizations. You’ll hear real stories from the field: from first reactions and early frustrations to the moments when everything finally “clicks.” We’ll talk about user mindset, habits, resistance, and the small changes that make a big difference in everyday work. If you're working with Copilot (Chat, Premium, Agents, etc.) or planning to this session will help you focus on what truly drives adoption. Because in the end, Copilot is not just about technology. It’s about people, behavior, and finding real value in day-to-day work.

Microsoft MVP M365 & M365 Copilot Edyta’s story with Microsoft technology has started in 2013. She helps organizations with digital transformation by developing change management strategies, guiding companies through the entire process, and training end-users on the practical use of Microsoft 365. She believes technology should be helpful to all users, regardless of their role in the organization or their technical abilities. Only then we can talk about the success of digitization. In addition to that Edyta is an active Microsoft Community Enthusiast. Since 2015 she organizes SharePoint Saturday Warsaw - now Collab Days Poland and speaks at Microsoft Community conferences.
