Session Abstract

When it comes to Microsoft 365, people often only use the classic Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), even though there is so much more to it. With an M365 licence, users are provided with a wide range of useful services. However, there is often no roadmap to help them find their way through the jungle of tools. This is exactly where the Modern Workplace Pathfinder (MWP) comes in. In this session, I’ll explain what the term means, what it’s used for, and what an Incognito MWP is.

My name is Florian Lutz, I’m an M365 and Copilot Pathfinder, speaker and enablement specialist from Vienna. I’ve been working with Microsoft technologies for over a decade: SharePoint since 2007, Microsoft 365 since 2014. I help people and organisations find their way through the M365 and Copilot landscape. My focus is on making complex topics such as SharePoint, Teams, Copilot and other M365 services accessible in a way that is easy to understand, practical and delivers clear benefits for day-to-day work. As a speaker, I combine technical depth with practical application: no buzzwords, just real-world use cases, honest insights and ideas that can be put into practice straight away. I don’t just show what’s possible, but how to get there in a meaningful way. My goal: to empower people to use technology confidently, rather than being driven by it.
