One such tool is Microsoft Bookings. In this session, Andreas Schlueter will show you how to use Microsoft Bookings to streamline your appointment scheduling process and reduce no-shows. You will learn about the power of the two types of Bookings, how to set up your booking calendar and integrate it with Outlook, as well as how to customize your notifications and reminders. You will also learn how to conduct virtual appointments via Microsoft Teams and manage day-to-day scheduling via the Bookings app in Teams.
