Session Abstract

Adaptive Cards haben meine Art, Geschäftsprozesse zu gestalten, grundlegend verändert. Sie ermöglichen nicht nur eine intuitive und interaktive Datenerfassung, sondern reduzieren auch das Anwendungshopping und beschleunigen Workflows erheblich. In dieser Session zeige ich Euch, warum Adaptive Cards ein Gamechanger für die digitale Prozessoptimierung sind und wie sie nahtlos in Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook und die Power Platform integriert werden können. Anhand von Praxisbeispielen aus meinen eigenen Projekten demonstriere ich, wie Adaptive Cards in End-to-End-Szenarien eingesetzt werden – von der Erfassung über die Verarbeitung bis hin zur fallabschließenden Bearbeitung von Prozessen, ohne dass der Nutzer dafür eine separate Anwendung öffnen muss. Diese Technologie ermöglicht es, Workflows direkt dort abzuschließen, wo die Informationen benötigt werden und die Benutzer sich wohlfühlen. Ich gebe Euch einen Einblick, warum Adaptive Cards die Grundlage für Microsoft Loop, Copilot und zukünftige Workflows sind. Andreas Schlüter is a practitioner for process automation, AI and digital work.
