In this session, I will show you why Adaptive Cards are a gamechanger for digital process optimization and how they integrate seamlessly into Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and the Power Platform. You’ll see real-world examples from my projects, demonstrating how Adaptive Cards drive end-to-end scenarios—from data input to processing, all the way to case-closing actions, without users having to open a separate application. This means that workflows can be completed exactly where the information is needed, reducing friction and boosting efficiency. We’ll also take a glimpse into the future and explore why Adaptive Cards are at the core of Microsoft Loop, Copilot, and next-generation workflows. Andreas Schlüter is a practitioner for process automation, AI and digital work.
