Imagine this: a company with over 300,000 users in Entra ID, more than 1000 Power Platform environments, 20,000 Power Apps, 150,000 Cloud Flows, and over 10,000 Copilot Agents, with 1000-2000 new agents created monthly. Looks scary, doesn't it? This is a fact-based story that presents multiple lessons learned, escalations with Microsoft, and rants from governing Power Platform at scale for one of the 100 biggest companies in the world, drawing on insights from over five years of consulting experience in Microsoft Low-Code Technologies. We will cover external governance tools, self-service approaches, credit management strategies and their issues, possibilities for API automations, and much more!
