Session Abstract

Your organization has decided they want to empower staff to create their own workflows, but they are not sure how to get it started without it going sideways quickly. In this session we will go over three ways to design your Power Automate adoption program that will setup some guardrails for enabling citizen development.

Note to event organizers

Can be adjusted for a quick 15 min video presentation (fast!) but for in-person/virtual delivery works best with 30-60 minutes. I can customize from a government perspective, not not.
