Session Abstract

Imposter Syndrome (noun) The persistent inability to believe that one's success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's own efforts or skills. Many people in tech are having to confront imposter syndrome, and it is ok! Did you know that 25-30% of high achievers suffer from this challenge? And this was before the pandemic further isolated us and added to our self-doubt. Join us as we discuss the causes of imposter syndrome and some practical steps for getting out of your head and overcoming this challenge common in the tech field.
