Joe Gramann is founder of Southern Xross Designs, a Zürich-based advisory firm for Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes. He works as sparring partner to sponsors from the decision to buy through the first months after kickoff, the window where most transformations fail before they start. His thesis is The Governance Paradox of Transformation™: if the old decision can still be approved, the transformation has not started. His 35 years include a diplomatic mission at ambassador rank with the IFRC in the UAE, COO at Lesaffre, global group director at Britax, and Corporate Functional Service Director Consulting Service at Tectura. Since 2020 he has led ERP rescue and governance work, including a EUR 25M programme.
