Session Abstract

This session is an introduction to content processing capabilities within SharePoint Premium, aimed at optimizing document management and enhancing data security. We will explore SharePoint eSignature for streamlining document signing processes, and demonstrate how to use the Autofill columns feature to dynamically add new columns to a document library and leverage AI to populate these fields automatically. Additionally, we will cover PII detection to flag sensitive information such as addresses and credit card details, and the Multilabel classifier to run a single AI model that automatically sets content types and applies the right model for comprehensive data extraction and analysis. Finally, we will discuss and demonstrate the Redaction feature, which allows for the removal of visibility of select sensitive information from content viewing.
