Session Abstract

In the evolving landscape of AI-driven chatbots, a paramount challenge lies in the chatbot's capability to accurately interpret and classify a user's intent. This critical step is foundational for delivering precise and contextually relevant responses to user inquiries, thereby elevating user experience and satisfaction. The essence of refining chatbot interactions lies in the precision of query classification. By accurately identifying user intent, chatbots can offer responses that are not just accurate, but also highly relevant to the user's specific context. This optimization is key to boosting the performance of digital assistants across a myriad of applications. Our approach centers on leveraging Azure ML Prompt Flow, an innovative tool designed to enhance chatbots' comprehension and categorization of user queries. Through the integration of Prompt Flow, we can significantly refine how chatbots analyze and classify queries, paving the way for responses that are more aligned with user expectations. This interactive session will walk participants through the seamless process of incorporating Prompt Flow into Azure ML and its synergy with Azure OpenAI to amplify chatbot interactions. Attendees will delve into the technical nuances of query classification and discover the essential steps for embedding Prompt Flow into their chatbot frameworks. By the session's conclusion, participants will have mastered configuring an endpoint through Azure ML to boost chatbot query understanding and response accuracy. Importantly, this endpoint will be versatile, ready to enhance chatbot functionality across various user interfaces, including Copilot Studio, customer portals, apps, and internal platforms, ensuring a broad and effective deployment of your chatbot solutions.
