The end of environment variables: A new approach to flexibility

You’ll see how this pattern streamlines ALM with pipelines, reduces merge conflicts, and makes smoke tests deterministic. We’ll compare performance, traceability, and failure modes vs. environment variables, and share implementation templates for Power Apps, Power Automate, and solution packaging.
