Session Abstract

Discover how the latest Copilot Studio innovations are transforming business automation through AI-powered workflows and Computer Use. With Computer Use, agents can interact with desktop applications and websites just like a human user—clicking, typing, navigating screens, and working with systems that don't expose APIs. This enables automation across legacy applications, data-entry processes, invoice handling, and other previously difficult-to-automate scenarios. The new Workflows experience takes automation further by introducing native AI actions that bring intelligence directly into business processes. Workflows can call Copilot Studio agents, invoke Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, classify content, extract information from documents, and orchestrate complex decision-making within end-to-end automations. This allows organizations to combine deterministic process execution with AI-powered reasoning, understanding, and action. Together, Computer Use and intelligent Workflows enable a new generation of agentic business processes that span structured and unstructured data, modern and legacy systems, and human and AI collaboration.
