This session will explore the application of the ADKAR framework—a proven change management model—to facilitate the adoption of Microsoft Copilot within your organization. The ADKAR framework, which stands for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement, provides a structured approach to managing change. Participants will learn how to create awareness about the benefits of Copilot, foster a desire to support its adoption, build the necessary knowledge and skills, ensure the ability to use Copilot effectively, and reinforce the change to sustain long-term success.
