Session Abstract

In this session I will run a walkthrough of the Copilot Pages. I will explain what Copilot Pages is: a tool designed to help users create, manage, and collaborate on documents seamlessly. Highlight its integration with other Microsoft 365 tools. Discuss who can benefit from using Copilot Pages. Demonstrate how AI can help with content suggestions, formatting, and error checking. And we will of course also cover how Copilot Pages will work as a Knowledge Management hub and replace in a sense the need of Viva Topics that Microsoft has deprecited. And have you also looked into Answers in Viva or to crowd source knowledge for Copilot with Viva engage, if not join this session And at the end have a Q/A.

Martin Rövekamp

Martin Rövekamp embarked on his career as a communication consultant, specializing in solutions such as learning terminals and intranets. In 2012, he transitioned to SharePoint Consulting, focusing on Collaboration and Intranets. Since April 2024, he has been recognized as an MVP for SharePoint and since July 2025 also for M365 Copilot. His current area of expertise lies in the modern workplace, encompassing internal communication, collaboration, and enhancing the employee experience. Martin actively guides his clients through the process of migrating to or implementing new intranets, as well as optimizing collaboration using Microsoft 365. Martin’s community involvement includes Co-Founder of Hamburg SharePint Organizer of CollabDays Hamburg and CollabDays Oslo, Organizer of Global AI Community—Chapter Hamburg Co-host of the “Martin’s Modern Work” web talk show. He frequently shares insights on topics such as modern work, AI, and digital transformation. Beyond his professional endeavors, Martin also graces the stage as a trumpet player.
