This session explores how individuals from various backgrounds, using everyday skills, can become adept at citizen development on the Power Platform. Attendees will learn how skills not typically associated with technology, like creative arts or educational strategies, can be uniquely leveraged to enhance their capabilities in building applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. It’s essential for attendees to recognize the value of their diverse skill sets in the tech landscape, encouraging them to engage actively with the Power Platform. Through a combination of storytelling, interactive discussions, and live demonstrations, we will delve into real-life examples and practical applications. The session will feature interactive elements that encourage participants to think about how their skills can translate into technology solutions. Attendees will gain insights into the creative integration of skills for better problem-solving and innovation on the Power Platform, along with practical tips for applying these strategies in their projects.

Máté is passionate about technology and how it can enhance the way people work and collaborate. He began his Power Platform career years ago as a citizen developer. He leads the Hungary Power Platform User Group and shares his expertise at conferences, focusing on Power Platform, user experience, and mentoring. Beyond technology, Máté advocates for the role of soft skills in tech - fostering collaborative groups, mentoring, and helping professionals identify and leverage their transferable skills. He believes that success in digital transformation is not just about tools but also about people and communication. He prioritizes work-life integration, balancing professional projects with his hobbies, such as traveling, hiking, and public speaking.
