Session Abstract

How do we move beyond personal productivity and unlock real business impact with Copilot? This session playfully introduces the concept of Business Value Scenario Thinking—a method to elevate Copilot from a helpful assistant to a strategic co-worker. Participants will learn to distinguish between basic use cases and high-impact business scenarios, identify KPIs and jobs-to-be-done, and rethink work processes to uncover Copilot’s true potential. Through interactive elements like Scenario Bingo, attendees will explore how to identify Copilot applications that deliver measurable value at the team and functional level—and lay the groundwork for organizational transformation.
