How do we change our mindset from a developer to an architect? What questions should we ask, what should we consider and what should we quantify? In this interactive session I'll give you a framework of how to do this, enabling you to contribute early on in a project lifecycle and make informed decisions.

I'm a senior Power Platform and Power BI practitioner-trainer with a previous career in digital marketing and data analysis. I am a regular speaker at UK user groups and a co-host of D365PPUG South-West and PPUG Wales. I hold 7 certifications: MB-280, PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-500 & PL-600 plus 5 Fundamentals​. In January 2025 I completed the QA TAP Training Delivery Skills course and in April 2025 I become a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
