Working with people outside your organization is a normal part of everyday life, but for many companies, especially in regulated industries, it still feels a bit risky. Guest access in Teams often becomes an “all or nothing” decision, and when control is unclear, the default answer is usually: "Let’s just turn it off". But it doesn’t have to be that way. In this session, We will show how you can enable external collaboration in Microsoft Teams while maintaining strong governance and protection through Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Entra. By combining Sensitivity Labels from Purview, which define how information can be shared and who can access it, with Access Packages that automate approvals, onboarding, and access reviews, you can confidently say “yes” to the business without losing control.
