There’s automation… and then there’s intelligence in motion. In this session, we go beyond the usual scripts and scheduled tasks to explore how Azure Runbooks can think, react, and scale across our Microsoft 365 environment. We will dive into how managed identities unlock true multi-tenant orchestration, how batching turns heavy workloads into lightning-fast operations, and how Azure Runbooks can talk directly to APIs and Graph endpoints the moment change happens. We will integrate external data sources into Microsoft Search, index them for discovery, and extend Copilot’s reach so it can reason over that content. Nobody likes spending time on license spreadsheets, so we will look at how the same setup can handle all of that: assigning, cleaning up, and even predicting license needs on its own. By the end, we will see how to build an environment that runs smoothly, grows when it needs to, and practically takes care of itself. Less clicking. More creating. Pure automation artistry. 🤠
