Session Abstract

Like an excited child with a new toy, we all rushed to play with the Copilots as soon as possible and tried out all sorts of tasks including poem writing and image generating. Now comes the hardest part, finding where it fits neatly into your working day and making it a productive tool. This session presents the tale of the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot for Microsoft 365 by an SMB business owner. Through live demos, I’ll showcase essential features of Copilot for Microsoft 365, illustrating how it integrates into my daily workflows and where I am seeing the greatest benefits. Additionally, we’ll explore where Microsoft Copilot (formerly known as Bing Chat) continues to play a valuable role even with having Copilot for Microsoft 365 available. Throughout the demos, I'll explain how I record & evaluate my usage to give you techniques to help you identify the best use cases for the Copilots you work with to help maximise your investment. This session is suitable for all current and prospective users of Microsoft Copilot and/or Copilot for Microsoft 365. Sara Fennah

Sara has over 25 years’ experience, has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) for over 15 years and is also a MCT Community Lead and Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for Microsoft 365. Sara has been working with Microsoft 365 since the preview in April 2011 and holds over 50 Microsoft Certifications. Sara’s company still use the same Microsoft 365 Tenant opened back in 2011.
