Session Abstract

For years, organisations have lived with broad access permissions because content was difficult to discover. Copilot changes that reality. This session demonstrates how AI can transform traditional oversharing issues into immediate information exposure risks. We will explore how permissions, inherited access, broad sharing groups, guest access, and legacy collaboration practices influence what Copilot can retrieve, summarise, and present to users. Attendees will learn practical techniques for identifying high risk content repositories and prioritising remediation efforts before large scale AI deployment.
