Session Abstract

In this session, the modern challenges that people face with managing their workloads will be discussed. Simon will introduce some ways that he has learned to help him keep a level of control over what needs to be done. Next, the session will discuss the exciting new landscape in Microsoft 365 Task Management. It will explore the services available in Microsoft 365 that enable you to keep track of what you must do to manage yourself and your team. The result will improve your well-being and productivity. The session discusses the following: - Challenges - Task management and productivity concepts. - Microsoft Planner - Copilot in Planner - Microsoft Teams. - Microsoft One Note - Microsoft Outlook - Microsoft Loop The session has lots of demos to help explain and show how to solve these challenges and how you can use Microsoft 365 to help you keep control.

Founder of iThink 365 in 2007 has been involved with SharePoint since 2006, Microsoft 365 and Azure since 2011. Prior to that he has built Microsoft SharePoint solutions for the likes of Barclays Capital, Barclays Wealth, Old Mutual, The Financial Ombudsman and Portakabin. He is active in the community and founded the Leeds Microsoft 365 and Power Platform User Group in 2014 and runs with Simon Hudson and Dylan Hayes. He is also part of the core Microsoft 365 Maturity Model Team which are part of the Microsoft PnP Sharing is Caring initiative. The model helps organisations understand and implement Microsoft 365 to help their business be amazing.
