Session Abstract

We can now use Microsoft Teams Mobile since the beginning of 2023. But what is it and why is it a game changer? In this session, I'll show you the basic features of Teams Phone Mobile and what to look for. What do you need to look out for during planning and later rollout. And finally: how does it feel? We are already using Teams Phone Mobile at my employer and I would like to share my practical experience with you. What changes for the user and where is there still room for improvement.

I work as Cloud Architect at glueckkanja AG where I am responsible to plan and deploy UC infrastructures based on Microsoft technologies. I'm working as technician and consultant for more than 15 years and been specialized in Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams for 10 years. From beginning of my UC consultant career, I was focused on Enterprise Voice implementations. Since a few years I am co-organizer of the Microsoft Teams User Group Germany and involved in the community as speaker and blog post author. In March 2020, I started my own Office 365 YouTube channel where I publish on a regular basis new video content for my weekly “Office 365 QuickTipps” channel. In another YouTube project, we publish a German Microsoft 365 Talk together with my friend Michael Plettner. Since July 2021, I have been recognized as a Microsoft MVP for Office Apps & Services for my commitment to the Microsoft Tech Community.
