Session Abstract

Azure provides numerous opportunities for organizations to innovate by providing a platform where teams can quickly build applications using native cloud services. This approach also comes with some drawbacks. Usually, because of a lack of knowledge, some teams don't use native services and features to improve the security of their applications. In this demo-depend session, we will check all the major security features like RBAC / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for authentication and authorization, Key Vault, Managed Identities, and app configurations. We will also cover some security best practices for networking and services like App Services, Storage Accounts, and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub. Get ready for a security upgrade!
