Power Platform has been on the market for many years and has evolved into a powerful platform, where each product is designed to serve a specific purpose. Despite this maturity, many organizations are still either considering its adoption or have already enabled it for makers without a structured and planned rollout. But a proper rollout is important! It enables organizations to use Power Platform in a secure and controlled way, where makers are known, responsibilities are defined, and an answer to the question: "who can do what, and where?" can be easily given. This session is based on my experience, complemented by best practices. I want to share with you the key aspects to consider when rolling out Power Platform in your organization: what to focus on to make it secure, governable, and manageable, while still ensuring it remains a valuable and empowering tool for your makers.
