Session Abstract

More organisations are bringing Power Platform in-house and asking internal teams to support it. This session is for people building an in-house Power Platform citizen developer team, and for practice leads stepping into the role, in a Dynamics 365 CE environment. We’ll focus on what matters in the first 6 to 12 months: - Taking ownership of solutions you didn’t build - Stabilising delivery team before scaling demand - Creating early wins without weakening governance - Setting up a practice that can grow without friction The session draws on 20 years of leading delivery teams and scaling practices from 2 person to 40. By the end, you’ll be clear on where to start, what to prioritise, and how to keep delivery sustainable as demand grows.
