Session Abstract

Most Dynamics and Power Platform projects don’t fail in spectacular ways. They fail quietly. Six months later. After go-live. When everyone agrees the system is “fine”… and then slowly stops using it. Rather than focusing on obvious risks (budget overruns, missed deadlines), we’ll explore the failures that: - Appear after go-live - Are often caused by “best practices” - Hide behind good intentions, AI hype, or governance checklists This session is delivered by two long-time delivery leaders and MVPs. They’ve spent years not just building systems, but living with the consequences after go-live. Between them, they have led and reviewed dozens of enterprise Dynamics and Power Platform and AI programmes. Some succeeded. Some stalled. Some quietly failed after launch.
