AI can now build apps in minutes but getting them to production still needs real architecture. Generative Pages and Code Apps introduce new ways to create experiences quickly, yet they must live inside a Power Platform landscape that still demands security, ALM, data design, maintainability, and runtime governance. In this session, Vivian Voss and Yannick Reekmans will take a closer look under the hood to show how these two capabilities evolve from their roots (custom pages, PCF, canvas capabilities) and how to apply existing architectural best practices to make AI-generated apps viable. You’ll see demos and real-world inspired scenarios that answer: - Where do these features fit? - What do they replace, or complement? - When should architects override AI decisions? - How do we scale and sustain these experiences long-term? You’ll leave with clarity on how these capabilities really behave today and a stronger understanding of how to design, evaluate, and work with them responsibly in your own solutions and avoid hallucinating your way into production

Yannick (a Microsoft 365 Development & Business Applications MVP) was born and raised in SharePoint, starting his career in 2011 when SharePoint 2010 was still new and shiny. The changing reality of the cloud made him expand his knowledge to the whole of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform. He is a Managing Partner and Cloud Solution Architect at Qubix, a Belgium-based consultancy firm, responsible for the technical underpinnings of products and solutions. Problem-solving and development are his passions, and he is still working day-to-day with code. He always asks the important questions: How does it work? What do you want to achieve?
