Session Abstract

This session provides an overview of how using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) enables language models to deliver more accurate and useful answers, especially when they have access to real documents. Through a mix of theory and practical examples, we demonstrate the difference between “classic” LLMs and those that know where to find the right information.

Zvonimir Mavretić is a seasoned expert in business process management and digital transformation, currently serving as Director of the BPM International Delivery Department at ASEE. With over 20 years of experience, he leads initiatives focused on AI-driven automation, enterprise content services, and agile workflow solutions across international markets. Zvonimir has deep technical and leadership experience, including his previous role as co-founder and CTO of eVision in Croatia. His work bridges practical implementation with strategic innovation in enterprise software.
