Why aren't your attendees talking to your event yet?

Session Abstract

The voice capabilities of the leading AI models have changed a lot in the past few months. They can now hold natural spoken conversations in real time, in many languages. Yet almost none of this has reached events. Your attendees still tap through apps, fill in forms and ignore surveys. Your exhibitors still scan badges and try to remember what each conversation was about. What if they could simply talk? This is a practical session built around demos. You will see conversational interfaces that answer attendees' questions about the event, surveys that become two-minute conversations instead of twenty-question forms, lead retrieval where exhibitors simply speak to record a contact and what was discussed, and notes taken by talking rather than typing. Then there is the data. Put hundreds of these conversations together and you get something a traditional survey can't give you: a picture of what your audience thinks and wants while the event is still running. This is swarm intelligence built on live conversational data. We will cover what works today, what is still unreliable, what is safe to do with personal data, and what attendees will actually use.
