I am also a Microsoft MVP Business Applications since May 2020 and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since June 2020, which demonstrates my passion and expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem. I specialize in Dynamics 365 F&O, POS Retail, Commerce, e-Commerce, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Operations, as well as Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Virtual Agent).
