Microsoft gives us many ways to build with AI, but more choice often creates more frustration in day-to-day delivery. Agents, workflows, agentic workflows, and harnesses can all look like the right answer. The challenge is knowing what actually fits. Using one live scenario, I will show how a focused assessment turns requirements into a defensible architecture decision. You will leave with a practical tool that helps you assess your own use cases and decide when to build an agent, and when not to.
