Session Abstract

Step beyond a single bot and into a living knowledge network. In this Matrix inspired session, we show how Copilot Studio multi agent orchestration turns everyday updates—files, FAQs, policies, and playbooks—into trusted, reusable knowledge for the whole organization. Contributors simply upload or edit content; a cast of coordinated agents (Operator as router, Oracle as mentor, Neo as executor, Trinity as connector, Morpheus as reasoner) takes care of ingestion, enrichment, grounding, and publication with guardrails, citations, and approvals. You’ll see an end to end pattern for “teach once, use everywhere.” A contributor updates a document; agents extract entities, apply metadata, validate sources, and publish to secure knowledge stores. Consumers then query that knowledge through Copilot experiences with must cite answers, role aware access, and feedback loops that keep content fresh.
