Copilot can build a presentation in 30 seconds. Sadly it will often be created with the wrong colours, the wrong fonts, and a logo from 2019. When AI generates the content, brand mistakes scale just as fast as productivity does. Microsoft's answer is two features with confusingly similar names: SharePoint Brand Center and Brand Kits in Microsoft 365 Copilot. In this session we untangle who does what, the storage layer and the rules layer, and then dive into the place where it all comes together: PowerPoint. We'll explore how Copilot uses a published Brand Kit to generate on-brand presentations, how Brand Reviewer helps identify and correct brand violations, and how you can build a kit from your existing brand guidelines and let Copilot extract the rules. We'll also cover what it takes behind the scenes: the Organisation Asset Library, the Brand Manager policy, and the templates Copilot actually learns from. All based on where these rapidly evolving capabilities stand in January 2027. You'll leave with a concrete three-step plan for your own tenant, and the arguments that will make your comms team love you.
